For some Team Members, Chick-fil-A is their first job, while others are seasoned hospitality professionals. When we select people to join our team we look for a positive attitude, reliability, teamwork mentality, integrity, and work ethic. Through training and development, our Team Members are able to grow both as an individual and as a team.
It all starts with our Team. In order to help our guests smile, we must first help our Team Members smile. By caring about our Team, we’re able to provide each of our guests with outstanding service and hospitality. Meet our Operator.
Noah Levy
Noah was born and raised in Huntington, New York. He graduated from the University of Maryland, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the Robert H. Smith School of Business. Following college, Noah’s professional career took him to both coasts, where he built his professional career working in the sports and entertainment industry. Noah’s Chick-fil-A journey began when he became a Raving Fan in 1999 while attending the University of Maryland. As he became more familiar with Chick-fil-A, he realized the franchise owner opportunity could provide him an even larger platform for having a positive influence on not only his team members but his community. In 2019 the journey became a reality, when he was selected as the Owner/Operator at Garden State Plaza Mall in Paramus, New Jersey. Noah, along with his wife of 5 years, Abigail have two sons and are expecting to add a 3rd member to their family in October.
In their spare time, outside of chasing Zach and Casey around, Noah and Abby enjoy spending time with their large extended family and close friends. Noah is passionate about building relationships and positively impacting his community. The Levy’s have a deep commitment to the Long Island community and the entire Huntington team looks forward to serving you.
